The Myrtle Hill Mausoleum is a separate planning branch
The City reports that the Myrtle Hill Mausoleum was completed in December 2013 and overlooks the confluence of the Coosa, Etowah, and Oostanaula Rivers. A crypt or niche in a municipal mausoleum is not the same purchase as a freestanding family monument. The City controls the interment space, permitted lettering or memorialization, application, fees, and installation process for its facility. Families considering a private family mausoleum or a separate cremation memorial need a different written approval and site plan.
Clear Stream currently displays family-mausoleum options, but a product image is only a design reference. Before design or pricing is treated as final, the cemetery must verify that a private structure is allowed, where it may stand, what engineering or foundation documentation is required, who may install it, and how delivery equipment may enter the property.
