Lifetime Warranty on Memorials
Clear Stream Monuments provides a Lifetime Warranty on headstones and memorials, covering the structural integrity of the stone under normal conditions.
Our memorials are crafted from high-quality granite or bronze selected for long-term outdoor durability. We guarantee that each memorial is free from defects in material and workmanship that would affect its long-term performance.
If a covered issue related to the structure of the memorial arises, we will repair or replace the affected portion at no cost to you.
Limited Warranty
Clear Stream Monuments provides a Limited Warranty on vases and porcelain photos. This warranty is limited to these products being delivered free of defects.
If litho paint is used in lettering or carvings, the paint is warranted to be free of defects at the time the memorial is delivered.
Guaranteed to Be Free from Defects in Finish and Craftsmanship
Every product sold by Clear Stream Monuments undergoes a Quality Assurance Inspection prior to shipment.
If, at the time of delivery, you find a defect in the finished material or craftsmanship, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
To validate this warranty, any defects must be reported within ten (10) days from the date of delivery.
Guaranteed to Be Free from Errors
We take every precaution to ensure your memorial is produced exactly as approved. All design details are confirmed with you prior to production.
If you receive a memorial with errors made by our team, we will correct or replace it at no cost.
If an error was made during the ordering process, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Shipping Damage Protection Guarantee
All shipped products are insured during transit.
The customer is responsible for inspecting freight for missing items or visible damage upon receipt. Before signing for delivery, the memorial should be carefully checked.
All freight loss or damage claims must be filed with the shipping carrier within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure to do so may result in denial of the claim.
If damage has occurred, please contact Clear Stream Monuments for assistance. We will help guide you through the claims process.
Replacement Support for Vandalism or Acts of Nature
If your memorial is vandalized or destroyed by an act of nature, Clear Stream Monuments will replace it at our cost, with no added profit.
Please keep records of your purchase, including approved sketches or drawings, as these may be required to accurately recreate your memorial.
