REFUND/CANCELLATION:
A memorial (headstone/marker/monument/bench/columbarium/mausoleum/urn/vase) order may be canceled within three (3) business days of placing your order and a full refund of your money will be issued. After three (3) business days all sales are final.

RETURNS:
Due to the custom nature of the memorials/monuments we sell, all sales are final. We take every necessary precaution to ensure that your memorial/monument is shipped exactly as you ordered. We confirm with you that all the information on the memorial/monument is exactly as you ordered prior to production. We verify with the cemetery that the memorial/monument meet their regulations and restrictions. If you have a defective memorial/monument please refer to the warranty for available remedies offered by Clear Stream Monuments.
