* Premier Model has granite rails on the sides and back, and a granite slab over concrete floor. It weighs 15,500 lbs, 500 lbs more than the Standard Model.

- Most cemeteries have restrictions regarding the style, color, and size, etc., of family mausoleums permitted in the cemetery. Check with the cemetery for their mausoleum specifications/restrictions.
- Be sure to pay the cemetery their mausoleum setting fees (if applicable) before we ship your mausoleum. If the cemetery does not provide installation service we will find you a local professional to set the mausoleum. Our price does not include installation.
